Stone Villa

The villa has been built with white pebble stone and black volcanic stone, giving it a rustic look that blends perfectly with the modern interior style.

Built on a single floor and facing southeast, it receives sun almost all day. The plot is approximately 450 m², while the interior area is 120 m². The outdoor terraces are approximately 300 m², featuring a beautiful private pool that can be heated for an additional fee of 10 euros per night.

The property, which was completely renovated in December 2024 with high-quality materials and interior finishes in a beautiful modern style, features solar panels, a solar thermal system for hot water, and air conditioning throughout its interior spaces.

The villa consists of 3 double bedrooms (each with an en-suite bathroom), 1 guest bathroom, a modern kitchen, and a spacious living room with wonderful views of the island’s coastline.

The master bedroom has beautiful views of the sea and the coast. It measures 16 m² and the bed is 180 cm wide by 200 cm long.

The other two bedrooms have beds measuring 160 cm wide by 190 cm long. Each bedroom has a wardrobe with drawers.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, electric fan-assisted oven, ceramic hob, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.

In the living room there is a high-end sofa bed (with a 180 x 200 cm mattress), a dining table and a 55-inch smart TV.

There is a pharmacy across the street from the villa, and nearby are two well-known restaurants and a supermarket open 7 days a week. Eagle Park and the El Mojón public hospital are just 1 km away.

A taxi to Los Cristianos or Las Américas costs less than 10 euros.

Please note that this is a residential area, so please refrain from making loud noises between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am.

Upon arrival, you’ll find a welcome pack that includes coffee, sugar, milk, water, beer, and fruit.

For stays of more than 9 nights, a bed linen change service is offered.

The published prices are for a group of up to 5 guests. For groups of up to six guests, a supplement of €25 per night per additional guest will apply. There is no charge for children under 2 years old.

Reservations are not accepted for groups of young people under 28 years of age.
